Hybrid and distributed team

Osmind is both a distributed and hybrid team. Local Bay Area team members operate out of our vibrant San Francisco office 2-3 days per week, and enjoy catered lunches and an engaging office culture. We make a point of bringing the entire team together a few times a year.

“I would describe the culture as infused with passion, curiosity and a real sense of mission often driven from lived experiences with our fractured mental health system. Also I believe more in work-life integration and having work that is deeply meaningful and that is how I feel about Osmind!”

Dr. Carlene MacMillan

“Osmind has a great culture forged by intelligent and motivated individuals. These individuals are not only here because they are passionate about their work, they are here because of the fulfillment they get from making a great impact on the mental health industry.”

Quang Che

“The culture at Osmind is amazing. Osmind creates a space for us to be vulnerable and share our own personal lived experiences with the mental health system. The genuine passion for the mission really drives our motivation to move the needle on the mental health crisis. The entire team is deeply empathic, intellectually curious, and highly collaborative.”

Steph Conrad

“Driven people who genuinely want the best for each other and the world.”

Seriously fun

We're a tight-knit group of intellectually rigorous, highly collaborative, deeply caring, and fun team members. We take the work that we do very seriously, but we don’t take ourselves too seriously. Sometimes you’ll catch us singing karaoke, making memes, or going out for a run together.

Actively inclusive

We seek out diversity. We look for a wide range of thoughts and ideas, identities, backgrounds and experiences. The more diverse we become, the better equipped we are to adjust and adapt to reach our goals. We specially encourage members of traditionally underrepresented communities to apply, including women, underrepresented people of color, LGBTQ+ people, veterans, and people with disabilities.
