Here at Osmind, we want our Mental Health EHR to be as user friendly, and accessible as possible, to as many users as we can!

Below are recommendations for devices and browsers to use to have the best experience with Osmind. Note: it is always your choice for what you use, but selecting an unsupported browser may cause Osmind to not perform as expected.

Browsers:

  • Top Recommendation: Chrome
  • Safari
  • Firefox

Other browser suggestions:

  1. If you are having issues with expected functionality and you are using a browser from the above list, try updating your browser to the latest version.
  2. For security concerns, you can use incognito or private browsing on one of the browsers listed above.

Devices:

For Clinics:

The Osmind Provider platform (providers.osmind.org) is fully supported on computers and mobile devices, including tablets. Note: formatting will be different for smaller screen sizes, but full functionality is available.

For Patients:

Patients are recommended to use Osmind via the Osmind mobile app from on the iPhone App Store or the Android Google Play Store. Additionally, patients can also log into their account from app.osmind.org.

Most smart phones released within the last 5 years are supported for screen size. For more specific device questions, please reach out to support@osmind.org.
