No. Any psychiatry practice with substantial insurance volume benefits from our billing expertise. That said, Spravato and TMS practices often see the biggest gains since those treatments require complex prior authorizations and specialized billing knowledge that most billers get wrong.

Solo practitioners to large group practices. Our percentage-based model scales with any practice size. However, if you're part-time with very low volume, Osmind One is more appropriate.

Yes, we work with practices nationwide and support state-specific requirements for credentialing and payer enrollment.

For Osmind 360 and Osmind Care Network, implementation typically takes 6-8 weeks once you're credentialed, due to payer EDI enrollment requirements and other technical standup (standard across all billing partners). If you're starting credentialing from scratch, plan for 4–6 months total. For Osmind One, setup is typically 1-3 weeks just for system setup.

Yes, we provide a free simple patient demographic import for Osmind One and a more robust data migration for Osmind 360 which includes patient demographics, scheduled appointments, and historical records where possible.

We handle credentialing on your behalf. Credentialing fees are waived or reduced in many states, particularly for practices joining Osmind Care Network as founding members. Credentialing typically takes a few months from when we collect your information.

Yes, with some planning involved. Moving from Osmind One to Osmind 360 or Osmind Care Network requires implementation time for billing setup and payer enrollment. Many practices start with a billing plan from day one to avoid this transition. Moving from Osmind 360 or Osmind Care Network back to Osmind One means taking on all billing operations yourself.

We achieve above industry standard collection rates by owning and optimizing the front-end to back-end billing experience. On the front-end, strong collections start with a thorough benefits investigation, to appropriately submitting prior authorizations to support proper coding for psychiatric treatments and understanding payer-specific rules. We have amassed the largest dataset of billing transactions in interventional psychiatry and have optimized our collections engine. Plus, we actively pursue zero payments and underpayments that other billers write off.

Our payer list varies by state for Osmind Care Network. That said, across the board we are in network with Aetna, Blues, Cigna, and United Healthcare plans. Since the list varies by state - contact us and we'll confirm exactly which payers we cover for your practice.

Medicare and Medicaid billing is outside our contracted network for Osmind Care Network. That said, you can bill Medicare and Medicaid on your own directly through the platform using our Office Ally or ClaimMD integration, at no extra charge. We do bill to government payers for Osmind 360 practices.

With Osmind 360, prior authorization management is available as an add-on (0.5% of net collections) and covers Spravato and TMS.

With Osmind Care Network, PA support is included as part of the service.

With Osmind One, you handle all prior auths yourself.

Yes. EPCS is available through DrFirst, with a one-time setup fee per provider (waived if you're already on Osmind One). The iPrescribe app lets you prescribe on the go and pulls 12 months of medication history from outside sources. For Osmind One, there's also an ongoing per month/per provider fee.

Yes, PDMP is integrated directly into the platform. There's a one-time setup fee per practice per state (waived if you already have it set up on Osmind One).

Yes. We integrate with labs including LabCorp and Quest. You'll need your own account numbers set up with them first. Once that's in place, lab integration fee is per provider and covers all integrated labs.

Coming soon. For Osmind Care Network and Osmind 360 members, it will be included at no extra charge. For Osmind One, it will be available as a per month/per provider fee add-on.

Credentialing fees are $200 per payer per clinician for new payer applications, and $100 per update for demographic changes. Application fees are currently waived in many states — reach out and we'll confirm what applies to yours.

Yes. Superbills can be generated and sent to the patient portal.

Credit card processing is handled through Stripe at 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction, charged directly to the patient. This is separate from any percentage-of-collections fee and applies across all plans.

No. Each paid clinician seat includes 5 support seats at no additional charge, so your front desk, admin, and billing team members can be added to the platform without extra cost.

Osmind 360 and Osmind Care Network includes comprehensive live training for your team, ongoing support, and a dedicated account manager. Osmind One includes self-service resources and basic support.

Yes. We use enterprise-grade security and comply with all HIPAA requirements. You retain full ownership of your patient data. If you ever leave, your data comes with you.

It's a Professional Services Subcontractor Agreement. Insurance contracts sit with Osmind Healthcare PC, and your payments flow to your practice account biweekly. This structure doesn't prevent you from holding your own payer contracts directly for non Osmind Care Network payers. Your practice retains full clinical and operational autonomy.
