Shuchi is a seasoned finance executive with over 15 years of experience enabling data-driven decision-making for healthcare technology companies. As VP of Finance at Osmind, she leads strategic finance, accounting, capital strategy, investor relations, and the scaling of financial operations to support the company's growth.

Prior to Osmind, Shuchi served as Sr. Director of Strategic Finance at Ophelia Health, where she built the finance function from the ground up, establishing processes that paved a clear path to profitability and fostered a culture of financial responsibility. Previously, she led strategic finance at Cedar Health and held finance leadership roles at Aetna/CVS Health, serving as CFO to portfolio companies emerging from the Digital Transformation Incubator, including WellMatch and iTriage.

Shuchi is dedicated to making healthcare more accessible and intuitive for everyone. After a decade of navigating large corporate environments, she intentionally pivoted to the startup world to drive more agile, profound impact in the healthcare space. To recharge, Shuchi turns to running, barre, and a good book. She is a firm believer in the power of journaling and meditation as essential tools for maintaining focus and well-being.
